CERTIFIED PROFESSIONALS The ability to perform specialty services can become a challenge requiring experience and years of work within the same field. Sure, some of our employees have performed electrical & plumbing and are capable to fix a lot of things, but unless you are engaged on a daily basis, you’re not able to keep up with everyday situations, in addition to adhering to codes and licenses. The same goes for HVAC and other specialties. This is why we’re eager to use sub contractors "Certified Professionals". So whether it’s electrical, plumbing, or even plastering let’s let them…“Do what they do best”.
Our mission…is to pre-qualify, constantly monitor, and maintain only the finest contractors around and it’s our strict requirements and policies that allow us to only offer homeowners the best. We monitor their company as if it were ours. This is why we classify them as *Certified Professionals (see below). We always have a secondary source to replace them. The job is always completed! Unlike your regular plumber or electrician who might not be able to come out immediately, we work together as a team with our Certified Professionals to ensure you are serviced promptly and proficiently . Our network of Certified Professionals handle every area needed for maintaining homes. This network consists of an inventory of companies to help with problems, or step in to carry out the job, due to any difficulty in scheduling. We make it clear that one company may not manage the amount of work we place on their schedule at all times and it’s understood that we use several companies to accomplish our goals. "We all work together as a team."
*Certified Professionals are our sub contractors with whom we’ve worked with over the years. We maintain a relationship with them and vigilantly monitor all insurances, licenses, and apply our strict policies with their workmanship manner. |
