Blue Chip Corp. will see to your home’s weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual maintenance needs without your direct involvement. This frees you up for the more important things in your life to attend to. I have a small home. Do I have to pay the same amount as someone who has a larger home? No. There is an initial evaluation, which is included with Gold or Platinum Memberships. Depending on the program chosen and the square footage of the home or property, the fee is adjusted accordingly. Moreover, Blue Chip Corp presents each customer a customized maintenance plan to fit each home or business property’s needs. The plan will describe the tasks to be completed and the frequency with which they will be done. Absolutely. Blue Chip Corp. is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to handle just such emergencies (for Gold and Platinum Members only). In addition, we’ll be able to complete all aspects associated with the problem. Our network of Certified Professionals are only a phone call away as well, we work together as a team to ensure that ANY emergency repair gets resolved. The additional benefits are simple…when the time comes when your regular plumber, carpenter, or electrician cannot get out to you (vacations, hurt and/or out of work, home sick, too busy, etc.) we can simply step in and get the job done! That’s the benefit of the Silver Plan; use us when, and if, you need to. Moreover, are these friends available on weekends, holidays and during the night? Blue Chip Corp. prides itself on building relationships. With other 24-hour service companies, they usually charge a much larger premium, sometimes up to 3 times what it would normally cost to provide responsive time and complete the repairs to your home. My husband does a lot of work around the house. Do I really need to be a Member if we call you for an estimate for a project? Great question…Not at all, we’d be happy for the opportunity for any project, but if your husband happens to be out of town or just never completes the project, we are prepared to respond and get the job done. Who will be sent to my house to perform the work? A uniformed, Blue Chip Corp. employee will arrive at your home with his own tools in a clearly marked vehicle to begin the project. If the need for one of our Certified Professionals arises like major roofing, plastering, plumbing and electrical work, a representative of Blue Chip Corp. will walk them through the project.
