Blue Chip Corp offers the highest quality of workmanship and integrity on every project we are awarded.  We provide “one-on-one” attention right to the very end.  No plans?...no problem!, we can produce a preliminary drawing with a 3-D rendering to see the project before we start.  Once accepted, we can assist with the construction documents needed to get this to completion.  These design services are half the cost of an architect.  We take our projects from design to completion, effortlessly. 

Additions:

First stop...approvals!  With years of experience, we can assist with the annoying tasks in applying for permits.  With our network of engineers, we can also assist with the certified plot plans most towns will require.  If needed, our design team will produce preliminary drawings (3D rendering) to see the project as we present our estimate.  Once accepted, we can shift to the construction documents needed and assist with the final paperwork.  In addition, we handle our own site work and finish grading.  This is the most important phase of additions and it needs to start off right!  Once we install the foundation our framing crew gets right to work...followed up by critical planning and continued craftsmanship from our team.
